Dr. Kru Narender Kumar is martial artist in the true sense of the word. He has devoted his lifeto the study & preservation of martial arts. He began his journey of martial arts in 1980.

We offer a range of services including Muay Thai training, self-defense classes, obstacle training, fitness classes, weight loss programs, personal training, and nutrition coaching.

We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely, such as workout clothes and athletic shoes. For Muay Thai training, we also recommend wearing hand wraps and gloves.

It depends on your personal fitness goals and schedule. We recommend attending at least 2-3 sessions per week for optimal progress, but we can work with you to create a customized training plan that fits your needs.

No, we welcome students of all skill levels, including beginners. Our instructors will work with you to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable training experience.
